Group Lottery Ticket

An acknowledged member of the Holdem Bowling League is defined as an individual who has participated in at least ten (10) weeks of the current season.  In cases where the current season is less than twelve (12) weeks old, a member will be defined as an individual who has participated in at least ten (10) weeks from the previous season plus at least one (1) week in the current season so long as the most recent week of participation is within the past four weeks of play.

Other individuals, outside of the description above, could be considered league members.  Identification of an individual as a league member outside of the above description will be determined on a case-by-case basis by a vote by those people who are acknowledged as league members (as described in the paragraph above).  Majority rules (50.1%).

Acknowledged members of the Holdem Bowling League participate as a group in lottery draws.

Any lottery winnings between a free ticket and $99 will be added back to the league general funds.

Any winnings between $100 and $4999 will be voted on by acknowledged league members as to whether or not the money is equally divided between acknowledged members or added to the league general funds or other proposed ideas. Majority rules (50.1%).

Any winnings of $5000 or more will be divided equally between acknowledged group members unless the group decides otherwise though a majority rules vote (50.1%).
